The iBreatheWell app is free for use with your device for the purposes of health information and education. This software allows the user to set-up and enter their healthcare professionals, i.e. primary care physician (PCP), pulmonologist, cardiologist, etc. This app also allows the patient to enter medications, doses and medication reminders.
A Super Care Inc. (SCI) patient also has access to more patient interactions with the Super Care Health team members through the iBreatheWell’s features such as surveys, gamification or scores based on levels of compliance. SuperCare Health patients are subject to the SCI, notice of privacy practices, NOPP. Please see the Patient Handbook on the SCI website.
Please be advised, that devices may be susceptible to software bugs or viruses that may affect the proper use of the app, this app should not be the sole reminder for medication administration schedules.
